老年股骨颈骨折围手术期的中西医结合治疗研究

摘要：

目的 探讨中西医结合治疗老年股骨颈骨折的围术期疗效。方法 选取我院骨科收治的股骨颈骨折老年患者共120 例 为研究对象，随机分为单用组与结合组，各60 例。单用组单纯采取人工股骨头置换术治疗，结合组采取人工股骨头置换联合 围术期中医药治疗。对两组患者的围术期并发症、术后下床时间、住院时间、髋关节功能进行对比。结果 结合组围术期并发 症总发生率、术后下床时间、住院时间、Harris 评分均优于单用组（P<0.05）。结论 人工股骨头置换术联合中医药治疗能有效 减少围术期并发症，提高患者髋关节功能，促进早日康复，临床价值显著。

Study of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of elderly femoral neck fracture in perioperative period

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of elderly femoral neck fracture in perioperative period. Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with femoral neck fractures were selected as the study subjects. All the patients were randomly divided into single group and combined group, with 60 cases in each group. The patients in the single group were treated with artificial femoral head replacement, while the patients in the combined group were treated with artificial femoral head replacement and traditional Chinese medicine. The perioperative complications, postoperative off-bed time, hospitalization time and hip function were compared in the two groups. Results The total incidence rate of perioperative complications, postoperative off -bed time, hospitalization time and the Harris score in the combined group were better than those in the single group (P<0.05). Conclusion The artificial femoral head replacement and traditional Chinese medicine can effectively reduce the perioperative complications, improve the function of hip joint and promote the early rehabilitation, which has significant clinical value.
