母乳强化剂在母乳喂养早产儿中应用的效果分析

摘要:

目的 为了促进早产儿的生长发育,探讨和研究给予母乳强化剂及强化母乳喂养的意义和价值。方法 从2015 年8 月 至2016 年8 月在我院治疗的早产儿(超低及极低出生体重儿)中选取130 例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为试 验组和对照组,各65 例。其中对照组早产儿接受配方奶喂养,而试验组早产儿则接受强化母乳喂养。比较两组早产儿生长及 营养状况。结果 试验组早产儿周平均身长增长率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组早产儿日平均体重增长率、平均上臂围周增长 率及周平均头围增长率比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。出生后24 h,对照组早产儿的Ca 水平明显低于试验组(P<0.05);出院前 两组早产儿的Ca、AKP、Alb、PA 水平比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论 早产儿(超低及极低出生体重儿)采取母乳强化喂养 及配方奶喂养均可促进早产儿的体格生长及营养吸收,但强化母乳喂养有利于促进钙吸收,安全性更高,值得推广和应用。

    Effect analysis of breast milk fortifier in breast feeding of premature infants

    ABSTRACT: Objective To promote the growth and development of premature infants, explore and study the significance and value of breast milk fortifier and breast feeding. Methods From August 2015 to August 2016 in our hospital, 130 cases of premature infants (low and very low birth weight) were selected as the research objects, and dvided into experimental group and control group by the method of random number table, with 65 cases in each group. The control group received formula feeding, and the experimental group received intensive breast feeding. The growth and nutritional status of the two groups were compared. Results The weekly average growth rate of body lengths of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); but the daily average weight growth rate, weekly upper arm circumference average growth rate and weekly head circumference average growth rate in the two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05). At 24 h after birth, the level of Ca in the control group was significantly lower than that in the experimental group (P< 0.05); before discharge, levels of Ca, AKP, Alb and PA in the two groups had no significant difference (P >0.05). Conclusion Both intensive breast feeding and formula feeding in preterm infants (ultra low and very low birth weight) can promote physical growth and nutrient absorption in children, but intensive breast feeding is conducive to Ca absorption, with high safety, which is worthy of promotion and application.
