健康护理与心理护理应用于真菌性阴道炎患者护理中的效果观察

摘要：

目的 分析健康护理与心理护理应用于真菌性阴道炎患者护理中的效果。方法 选取我院2016 年1 月至12 月收治 的86 例真菌性阴道炎为研究对象，根据不同护理方式将其分为研究组（43 例）与对照组（43 例）。对照组实施常规护理，研究 组基于常规护理基础实施健康护理与心理护理。比较两组患者的焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分与护理满意度。结果 护理前，两组 患者的SAS 评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；护理后，两组患者的SAS 评分均显著降低，且研究组的SAS 评分明显低 于对照组（P<0.05）；研究组护理满意度为97.67%，显著高于对照组的79.07%（P<0.05）。结论 健康护理与心理护理应用于真 菌性阴道炎患者护理中的效果显著，可进一步改善患者的焦虑状况，提升其对临床护理服务工作的满意度，值得在临床护理 工作中推广运用。

Effect observation of health care and psychological nursing in the nursing of patients with fungal vaginitis

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the effect of health care and psychological nursing in the nursing of patients with fungal vaginitis. Methods From January to December 2016, 86 cases of patients with fungal vaginitis treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into study group (n=43) and control group (n=43) according to different nursing methods. The control group received routine nursing care, while the study group received health care and psychological nursing on the basis of routine nursing care. The self rating anxiety scale (SAS) score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Before nursing, there was no statistically significant difference in the SAS scores between the two groups (P>0.05); after nursing, the SAS scores in the two groups obviously reduced, and that in the study group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction in the study group was 97.67%, which was obviously higher than 79.07% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Health care and psychological nursing in patients with fungal vaginitis has remarkable effect, can further improve the patients忆 anxiety status and the satisfaction for clinical nursing, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical nursing work.
