丹参多酚酸盐联合西药对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及炎性因子水平的影响

摘要：

目的 探讨慢性心力衰竭患者采取丹参多酚酸盐联合西药治疗的疗效。方法 将我院93 例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为 两组，对照组（46 例）予以西药对症治疗，观察组（47 例）在西药治疗基础上予以丹参多酚酸盐静脉滴注治疗。比较两组患者 的治疗效果。结果 治疗后，两组患者的LVEF、LVESD、LVEDD、IVST 水平均改善，且观察组优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6 水平均降低，且观察组低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗 后，观察组患者的体力限制、社会限制、情绪及症状评分均低于对照组及治疗前，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 丹参多酚酸盐联合常规西药治疗CHF 可以明显降低炎性因子水平，改善患者心功能，显著提高患者的生活质量。

Effect of salvianolate and western medicine on cardiac function and inflammatory factor levels in patients with chronic heart failure

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the curative effect of salvianolate and western medicine on cardiac function and inflammatory factor levels in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF). Methods A total of 93 patients with CHF in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (n =46) was given symptomatic treatment, and the observation group (n =47) was given salvianolate intravenous infusion treatment on the basis of western medicine. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of LVEF, LVESD, LVEDD and IVST in both groups improved, and those of the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05); after treatment, the levels of hs-CRP, TNF-α and IL-6 in both groups decreased, and those of the observation group were lower than the control group (P <0.05); after treatment, physical limitation, social limitation, emotional and symptom scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group and before treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion Salvianolate and western medicine in the treatment of CHF can significantly reduce the levels of inflammatory factors, improve the cardiac function and improve the life quality of patients.
