盐酸吗啡缓释片联合阿米替林对重度癌症疼痛伴抑郁患者的疗效

摘要：

目的 研究盐酸吗啡缓释片联合阿米替林对重度癌症疼痛伴抑郁患者的疗效。方法 选取我院收治的100 例重度癌症 疼痛伴抑郁患者为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为两组，对照组患者单独采用盐酸吗啡缓释片，观察组患者应用盐酸吗啡 缓释片联合阿米替林，对比两组的治疗效果。结果 治疗后1、2、4 周，两组患者的FPS-R 评分、HAMD17 评分均显著降低，且 观察组显著优于对照组（P<0.05）；观察患者的癌痛总缓解率为92.00%，显著高于对照组的70.00%（P<0.05）；观察组患者各 个维度的生活质量评分均显著高于对照组（P<l0.05）。结论 盐酸吗啡缓释片联合阿米替林对重度癌症疼痛伴抑郁患者的 疗效显著，值得在临床上广泛推广。

Curative effect of morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets combined with amitriptyline in severe cancer

pain patients with depression

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the effect of morphine hydrochloride sustained -release tablets combined with amitriptyline in severe cancer pain patients with depression. Methods One hundred severe cancer pain patients with depression were selected as the research objects, and all the patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The control group was given morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets alone, the observation group added amitriptyline on the basis of the control group, the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results At 1, 2, 4 weeks after treatment, the FPS-R scores and HAMD17 scores of both groups significantly decreased, and those of the observation group were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05); the total remission rate of cancer pain in the observation group was 92.00%, which was significantly higher than 70.00% of the control group (P<0.05); the quality of life scores in each dimension of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of morphine hydrochloride sustained -release tablets combined with
amitriptyline in severe cancer pain patients with depression is effective, which is worth popularizing widely in clinic.
