依帕司他联合甲钴胺治疗2 型糖尿病周围神经病变的有效性及安全性

摘要：

目的 探讨依帕司他联合甲钴胺对2 型糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗效果及安全性。方法 将我院收治的78 例2 型糖尿 病周围神经病变患者随机分成观察组和对照组，各39 例。观察组给予依帕司他及甲钴胺口服；对照组给予甲钴胺口服。观察 两组患者的临床疗效、神经传导速度及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后，观察组治疗总有效率为89.74%，高于对照组的 56.41%（P<0.05）；治疗1、3 个月后，两组患者SNCV、MNCV 均显著改善，且观察组优于对照组（P<0.05）；两组患者均无严重 不良反应发生。结论 依帕司他联合甲钴胺治疗2 型糖尿病周围神经病变疗效显著，安全性高，值得临床推广。

Efficacy and safety of epalrestat combined with mecobalamin in the treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect and safety of epalrestat combined with mecobalamin in the treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods A total of 78 patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 39 cases in each group. The observation group was given epalrestat and mecobalamin oral treatment; and the control group was given mecobalamin oral treatment. The clinical effects, nerve conduction velocity, adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 89.74%, which was higher than 56.41% of the control group (P<0.05). At 1, 3 months after treatment, the SNCV and MNCV in both groups improved, and those in the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05); there were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion Epalrestat combined with mecobalamin in the treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy has significant effect, with high safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
