布地奈德福莫特罗吸入剂联合百令胶囊治疗中度以上慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者的临床疗效

摘要：

目的 探讨布地奈德福莫特罗吸入剂联合百令胶囊治疗中度以上慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者的临床疗效。方法 根据治 疗方式将我院122 例中度以上慢性肺阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者分为对照组和观察组，每组61 例对照组给予布地奈德福莫 特罗吸入剂治疗，观察组给予布地奈德福莫特罗吸入剂联合百令胶囊治疗。对比两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组治疗总有效率高 于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的血气及肺功能各指标水平均优于治疗前，且观察组明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 中度以 上慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者采用布地奈德福莫特罗吸入剂联合百令胶囊治疗能有效提高患者的治疗效果，改善其肺功能。

Effect of budidronde formodero inhalant combined with Bailing capsule in the stabilized phase of moderate and above patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of budesonide formoterol inhalation combined with Bailing capsule in stabilized phase of moderate and above patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods According to the treatment methods, 122 patients with stable COPD were divided into control group and observation group, with 61 cases in each group. The control group was given budesonide formoterol inhalation, while the observation group was given budesonide formoterol inhalation combined with Bailing capsule treatment. The therapeutic effects in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of blood gas and lung function indexes in the two groups improved, and those of the observation group were obviously superior to the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In patients with more moderate and above chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, budesonide formoterol inhalation combined with Bailing capsule can effectively improve the treatment effect and lung function.
