腹腔镜手术配合中药治疗对子宫内膜异位症伴不孕患者症状及妊娠结局的影响

摘要：

目的 探讨腹腔镜配合中药治疗对子宫内膜异位症伴不孕的临床疗效及对妊娠结局的影响。方法 将170 例子宫内膜 异位症伴不孕患者根据不同治疗方式分为对照组和观察组，各85 例。对照组给予腹腔镜联合常规西药治疗，观察组在对照 组的基础上联合中医药治疗。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后中医症状及痛经症状评分及2 年内妊娠情况。结果 观察组治疗总有 效率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组中医症状及痛经症状评分均较治疗前降低，且观察组低于对照组（P<0.05）。观 察组2 年内妊娠率为64.7%，明显高于对照组的41.2%（P<0.05）。结论 腹腔镜配合中医药治疗子宫内膜异位症伴不孕能有 效提高治疗效果，改善患者临床症状，提高妊娠率，应用价值高。

Effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with TCM treatment on the symptoms and pregnancy outcomes in patients with endometriosis and infertility

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopy combined with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the treatment of endometriosis (EMS) with infertility and its effect on the outcome of pregnancy. Methods A total of 170 cases of patients with EMS and infertility were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods, with 85 cases in each group. The control group was given laparoscopic combined with conventional western medicine treatment, the observation group was given TCM on the basis of the control group. The efficacy, the scores of TCM symptoms and dysmenorrhea symptoms before and after treatment and pregnancy situation of 2 years were compared in the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of TCM symptoms and dysmenorrhea symptoms in the two groups decreased, and those of the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). The pregnancy rate of the observation group was 64.7% in 2 years, which was significantly higher than 41.2% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopy combined with TCM in patients with EMS and infertility can effectively improve the treatment effect, improve the clinical symptoms of patients and pregnancy rate, which has high value.
