高频电波刀治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效

摘要：

目的 评价高频电波刀治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法 将我院2016 年4 月至2017 年1 月收治的168 例宫颈糜烂患者 作为研究对象，随机分为研究组和对照组，各84 例。研究组患者应用高频电波刀治疗，对照组患者应用微波疗法治疗。比较 两组患者的临床效果。结果 研究组患者手术时间及术后阴道排液时间明显短于对照组，术中出血量明显少于对照组（P<0.05）；研究组患者的总有效率为97.62%，明显高于对照组的86.90%（P<0.05）；两组中、重度宫颈糜烂患者治疗总有效率比较，差异 无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 高频电波刀治疗宫颈糜烂具有手术时间短、术中出血少、疗效可靠的优点，适用于各种病变程 度的宫颈糜烂患者。

Clinical effect of loop electrosurgical excision procedure in the treatment of cervical erosion

ABSTRACT: Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of loop electrosurgical excision procedure in the treatment of cervical erosion. Methods A total of 168 cervical erosion patients admitted in our hospital from April 2016 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group, with 84 cases in each group. The study group received loop electrosurgical excision procedure, and the control group accepted microwave therapy. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the operation time and postoperative vaginal discharge time of the study group were shorter, and the intraoperative blood loss was less (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the study group was 97.62%, which was higher than 86.90% of the control group (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in total effective rate on moderate and severe cervical erosion between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Loop electrosurgical excision procedure in the treatment of cervical erosion has the advantages of short operation time, less bleeding in the operation and reliable curative effect, which is suitable for all kinds of cervical erosion patients with various pathological changes.
