HC 可视喉镜结合BURP手法在急诊科快速气管插管中的效果分析

摘要：

目的 探讨在急诊科快速建立气管插管方法组合。方法 选取在急诊科需要紧急插管患者60 例，分为S 组和C 组，各30 例。S 组采用UE-HC 可视喉镜结合BURP 手法实施气管插管，C 组采用Macintosh 喉镜结合BACK 手法。比较两组的声门暴 露成功率、平均插管时间、单次插管成功率、误插率、咽部不适反应率。结果 S 组的声门暴露成功率、平均插管时间、气管插管 的单次成功率、误插率、咽部不适发生率均优于C 组（P<0.05）。结论 HC 可视喉镜结合BURP 手法能提高急诊科紧急气管插 管的成功率和效率。

Effect analysis of the HC visual laryngoscope combined with BURP skill in emergency tracheal intubation

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the method combination of rapid establishment in emergency tracheal intubation. Methods Sixty cases of patients who needed emergency tracheal intubation were selected and divided into S group and C group, with 30 cases in each group. The S group used UE-HC visual laryngoscope and BURP skill to implement tracheal intubation, and the C group with Macintosh laryngoscope and BACK skill. The success rate of glottal exposure, the average intubation time, the success rate of single intubation, false positive rate, throat discomfort response rate in both groups were compared. Results The success rate of glottis exposure, average intubation time, success rate of single intubation, false positive rate, throat discomfort response rate in the S group were better than those in the C group (P<0.05). Conclusion HC visual laryngoscope combined with BURP skill can improve the success rate and efficiency of emergency tracheal intubation.
