全膝关节置换术对老年骨关节炎患者关节功能的影响

摘要：
目的 探讨老年骨关节炎患者采取全膝关节置换术（TKA）治疗对关节功能的影响。方法 选取2015 年9 月至2016 年 10 月我院收治的82 例骨关节炎老年患者为研究对象，所有患者均接受接受TKA 治疗。比较手术前、后患者的膝关节功能及 HSS 评分。结果 手术后，患者的VAS 评分明显低于术前，且ROM 度数明显优于术前，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；手术 后，患者HSS 各项评分及总分均明显高于术前，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 TKA 可有效改善老年骨关节炎患者的 关节功能和膝关节疼痛症状，值得临床推广应用。

Effect of total knee arthroplasty on joint function in elderly patients with osteoarthritis

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of total knee arthroplasty (TKA) on joint function in elderly patients with osteoarthritis. Methods From September 2015 to October 2016, 82 elderly patients with osteoarthritis admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects. All the patients were treated with TKA. The knee function and HSS scores of the patients before and after operation were compared. Results After operation, the VAS score of the patients was lower than that before operation, and the angle of ROM of the patients were better than those before operation, there were statistically significant differences (P<0.05). After operation, the each HSS score and total score of the patients were higher than those before operation, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion TKA can effectively improve the joint
function and knee joint pain in patients with osteoarthritis, which is worth to be popularized and applied in clinic.
