巨噬细胞刺激蛋白在慢性阻塞性肺疾病发病机制中的作用研究

摘要:

目的 分析巨噬细胞刺激蛋白(MSP)在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)中的作用及相关机制。方法 选取2016 年8 月至2017 年4 月我院收治的COPD 稳定期患者(缓解组)、COPD 急性加重期患者(AECOPD 组)及健康体检者(对照组),各45 例。所有 研究对象均采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血浆MSP 水平;同时,检测AECOPD 组和缓解期组患者诱导痰中的MSP 表达水平。比 较三组的1 s 用力呼出量(FEV1)及用力肺活量(FVC)。结果 AECOPD 组和缓解期组血浆MSP 水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);AECOPD 组患者的血浆和诱导痰MSP 水平明显高于缓解期组患者(P<0.05);AECOPD 组和缓解期组FEV1 及FVC 明显低于 对照组,且AECOPD 组FEV1 及FVC 明显低于缓解期组(P<0.05)。结论 COPD 患者血浆和诱导痰MSP 水平高,且与患者的肺 功能及生活质量密切相关,这可能与MSP 调控巨噬细胞参与气道炎症反应相关。因此,作为可能辅助评估患者肺功能及病 情的指标,COPD 患者血浆和诱导痰MSP 可指导医生进行进一步治疗干预。

    The role of macrophage stimulating protein in the pathogenesis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

    ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the role of macrophage stimulating protein (MSP) in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and its related mechanism. Methods From August 2016 to April 2017, 45 stable phase COPD patients (stable phase group), 45 acute exacerbation COPD patients (AECOPD group) and 45 healthy physical examiners (control group) were selected as the study objects. All the study objects received plasma MSP detection by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay, and the MSP levels in induced sputum in stable phase group and AECOPD group were detected. The levels of forced expiratory volume in 1 s (FEV1) and forced vital capacity (FVC) were compared among the three groups. Results The plasma MSP levels in the stable phase group and AECOPD group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); and the plasma MSP and induced sputum MSP levels in the AECOPD group were higher than those in the stable phase group (P<0.05). The levels of FEV1 and FVC in the stable phase group and AECOPD group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); and those in the AECOPD group were lower than the stable phase group (P<0.05). Conclusion Plasma and induced sputum MSP levels in COPD patients are associated with the patients`` lung function and life quality, which may be associated with MSP-regulated macrophages involvement in airway inflammation. Thus, as an indicator that may assist in assessing lung function and condition in patients, COPD plasma and induced sputum MSP can further direct physician intervention in its treatment.
