利巴韦林联合喜炎平治疗小儿手足口病的疗效及对心肌酶与hs-CRP 水平的影响

摘要：

目的 观察利巴韦林联合喜炎平治疗手足口病患儿的临床疗效及对心肌酶和超敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）水平的影响。方法 将我院2016 年2 月至2017 年2 月收治的64 例手足口病患儿随机均分为对照组与观察组，各32 例。对照组采用利巴韦林治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用喜炎平注射液。比较两组患儿的临床疗效及心肌酶和hs-CRP 水平。结果 治疗后，两组患儿均明显好转，且观察组的治疗总有效率为96.88%，明显高于对照组的78.13%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗 后，两组患儿AST、CK-MB 和hs-CRP 水平均显著降低，且观察组低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 利巴韦林联合喜炎平治疗手足口病患儿的临床疗效好，改善患儿的心肌酶、hs-CRP 水平，同时可迅速缓解病情，有很好的应用价值。

Curative effect of ribavirin combined with Xiyanping in the treatment of children with HFMD and its influence

on myocardial enzyme and hs-CRP level

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical effect of ribavirin combined with Xiyanping in the treatment of children with HFMD and its influenceon myocardial enzyme and hs-CRP level. Methods A total of 64 children of HFMD treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 32 cases in each group. The control group was given ribavirin, the observation group added Xiyanping injection on the basis of the control group. The clinical effect and myocardial enzymes, hs-CRP levels of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, both groups significantly improved; the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.88%, which was significantly higher than 78.13% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of AST, CK-MB and hs-CRP in the two groups significantly reduced, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of ribavirin combined with Xiyanping injection in children with HFMD is effective, can improve the level of myocardial enzyme and hs-CRP in children. At the same time, it can quickly relieve the condition of the disease, which has good application value.
