MAPI 系统与冻存管对精子冷冻效果比较

摘要:

目的 比较0.5 mL CBS 高安全性麦管与1.8 mL 传统冻存管对精子的冷冻效果。方法 选取浙江省人类精子库的71例 供精志愿者的新鲜精液标本,在加入冷冻保护剂后,分别用0.5 mL CBS 高安全性麦管(组1)和1.8 mL 传统冻存管(组 2)进行分装冷冻。比较复苏后两组精子浓度、前向运动精子百分率及冷冻复苏率。结果 71 例供精志愿者的精液量为(4.06±1.24)mL,冷冻前精子浓度为(66.14±17.19)×106/mL,前向运动精子(PR)百分率为(51.61±7.51)%;冷冻后,组1、2 解冻后的精子浓度和前向运动精子百分率均明显降低(P<0.05),组间精子浓度、前向运动精子百分率及冷冻复苏率比 较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CBS 高安全性麦管代替冻存管不会影响精液的冷冻效果,其在防止交叉污染 方面更有优势。

    Sperm freezing effects comparison of MAPI system and cryopreservation tube

    ABSTRACT: Objective To compare the sperm freezing effect of cryopreservation of sperm between 0.5 mL CBS high-safety straw and 1.8 mL traditional cryopreservation tube. Methods The fresh semen samples of 71 volunteers from Zhejiang Provincal Human Sperm Bank were selected. After adding the cryoprotectant, the samples were packaged by 0.5 mL CBS high-safety straw (group 1) and 1.8 mL traditional cryopreservation tube (group 2), and were frozen in liquid nitrogen. The sperm concentration, the percentage of forward motile sperm and the rate of frozen recovery after recovery were compared in the two groups. Results The semen volume of 71 volunteers was (4.06±1.24) mL, the pre-freezing sperm concentration was (66.14±17.19) ×106/mL, the percentage of forward motile sperm was (51.61±7.51) %. After freezing, the concentrations of sperm and the percentage of forward motile sperm after thawing in the groups 1 and 2 significantly decreased (P<0.05); the differences of sperm concentrations, the percentages of forward motile sperm and the rates of frozen recovery in the two groups were not significant (P>0.05). Conclusion CBS high-safety straw instead of frozen tubes will not affect the sperms`` freezing effect, which is more advantageous in preventing cross-contamination.
