针灸联合康复核心肌群训练对脑卒中患者血流动力学、生活质量及肢体肌力恢复的影响

摘要：

目的 观察针灸联合康复核心肌群训练治疗脑卒中的临床效果。方法 将我院收治的86 例脑卒中患者分为对照组和观 察组，各43 例。对照组患者给予康复核心肌群训练，观察组患者在对照组基础上给予针灸辩证治疗。比较两组患者的临床效 果。结果 治疗后14 d 及治疗后3 个月，两组患者Barthel 指数、Vm、RI 及PI 水平明显优于治疗前，且观察组明显优于对 照组（P<0.05）；治疗后14 d 及治疗后3 个月，观察组患者肢体肌力恢复优良率明显高于治疗前及对照组（P<0.05）。结论 采用针灸 联合康复核心肌群训练可显著改善脑卒中患者的生活质量，促进患者肢体肌力恢复，改善脑血流动力学，值得临床推广应用。

Effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation core muscle group training on hemodynamics, quality of life and recovery of
limb muscle strength in stroke patients

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation core muscle training in stroke. Methods Eighty-six patients with stroke admitted in our hospital were divided control group and observation group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received rehabilitation core muscle training, and the observation group accepted acupuncture based on the control group. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results At 14 d and 3 months after treatment, the Barthel indexes, levels of Vm, RI and PI in the two groups were better than those before treatment, and those of the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05). At 14 d and 3 months after treatment, the excellent and good rates of the recovery of limb muscle strength in the observation group were better than that before treatment and the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation core muscle training in stroke can significantly improve the quality of life, promote limb muscle strength recovery and promote cerebral hemodynamic parameters for the patients, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
