夏枯草汤对老年高血压的临床治疗效果分析

摘要：

目的 分析夏枯草汤治疗老年高血压的临床效果。方法 选择2015 年1 月至2016 年12 月在我院进行诊治的老年高血 压患者76 例，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组38 例。对照组患者口服苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平，观察组患者在此基础上联合口 服夏枯草汤，两组均治疗6 个月。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率为94.74%，明显高于对照 组的78.95%（P<0.05）。治疗前，两组患者的收缩压、舒张压、NO 及ET-1 水平比较，无显著差异（P>0.05）；治疗后，两组患者 收缩压、舒张压、NO 及ET-1 水平均明显改善，且观察组的上述指标均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 在常规西药苯磺酸左旋氨 氯地平治疗的基础上联合给予夏枯草汤可以明显降低高血压患者的血压水平，并能够改善患者的内皮功能，具有较好的临 床治疗效果，值得推广。

Effect analysis of prunella decoction in the treatment of elderly hypertension

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of prunella decoction in the treatment of elderly hypertension. Methods From January 2015 to December 2016, 76 elderly hypertension patients treated in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with levamlodipine besylate, the observation group was treated with prunella decoction on that basis, and both groups were treated for 6 months. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.74%, which was significantly higher than 78.95% of the control group (P<0.05). Before treatment, the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, NO and ET -1 levels between the two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05); after treatment, the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, NO and ET-1 levels in both groups significantly improved, and the above indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion On the basis of the treatment of conventional western medicine levamlodipine besylate, the combination of prunella vulgaris can significantly reduce the blood pressure level of hypertensive patients, and effectively improve the patients`` endothelial function, it has a good clinical effect and is worthy of promotion.
