中西医结合治疗难治性癫痫的疗效观察

摘要：

目的 探讨中西医结合治疗难治性癫痫的临床效果。方法 将我院2014 年1 月至2016 年12 月收治的难治性癫痫患者 86 例作为研究对象，随机分为研究组和对照组，各43 例。研究组患者采用中西医结合方法进行治疗，对照组患者单纯给予西 药治疗，对比观察两组患者治疗前、后癫痫发作次数、脑电图异常率及临床疗效。结果治疗前，两组患者癫痫发作次数和脑 电图异常率差异不显著（P>0.05），治疗后两组均有明显改善，且研究组明显优于对照组（P<0.05）；研究组患者临床总有效率 为95.35%，对照组为74.42%，组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 中西医结合治疗难治性癫痫临床效果显著，可有效减 少癫痫发作次数和脑电图异常情况，可推广使用。

Efficacy observation of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of refractory epilepsy

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of refractory epilepsy. Methods Eighty-six patients with refractory epilepsy admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were enrolled as the study objects, and randomly divided into study group and control group, with 43 cases in each group. The study group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, while the control group was treated with western medicine treatment. The seizures number before and after treatment, EEG abnormalities and clinical efficacy between the two groups were compared. Results There were no significant differences in the number of epileptic seizures and EEG abnormalities rate between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05); after treatment, those in both groups significantly improved, the study group were better than the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate was 95.35% in the study group, and it was 74.42% in the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of refractory epilepsy has significant clinical effect, it can effectively reduce the number of seizures and EEG abnormalities rate, which can be promoted.
