高频超声与核磁共振成像在交叉韧带损伤诊断中的比较

摘要：
目的 分析探讨高频超声检查与核磁共振成像（MRI）用于交叉韧带损伤中的诊断价值。方法 选择我院2015 年12 月至 2016 年12 月收治的67 例交叉韧带损伤患者为研究对象，所有患者均采用高频超声检查和MRI 检查，将两种方法的检测结 果与关节镜检测结果进行比较。结果 以关节镜检测结果为标准，高频超声诊断检测准确率为97.01%，MRI 检测准确率为 100.00%，组间比较，无显著差异（χ2=2.03，P>0.05）。结论 高频超声诊断与MRI 用于诊断前后交叉韧带损伤均具有较高的诊 断准确率，但是高频超声诊断操作方便，临床实用性更高，可以作为临床常规诊断交叉韧带损伤的首选方法使用。

Comparison of high frequency ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of cruciate ligament injury

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of high frequency ultrasonography and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the diagnosis of cruciate ligament injury. Methods A total of 67 patients with cruciate ligament injury in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were enrolled. The high-frequency ultrasonography and MRI were used in all patients, the results of the two methods were compared with those of the arthroscopy. Results Arthroscopy test results as a standard, the diagnostic accuracy of high frequency ultrasound was 97.01% and the accuracy of MRI was 100.00%. There was no significant difference in the diagnostic accuracy between the two groups ( χ2=2.03, P>0.05). Conclusion Both high frequency ultrasound and MRI have a higher diagnostic accuracy in the diagnosis of cruciate ligament injury, however, high frequency ultrasound diagnosis is easy to operate, the clinical practicality of which is higher, which can be used as clinical routine diagnosis of cruciate ligament injury the preferred method.
