综合护理干预在慢性心衰护理中对患者护理满意度、生活质量的影响

摘要：

目的 分析综合护理干预对慢性心衰患者生活质量及护理满意度的影响。方法 选取我院收治的200 例慢性心力衰竭 患者，将其随机分为对照组与观察组，每组100 例。对照组给予常规心内科护理，观察组给予综合护理干预。对比两组患者的 生活质量及护理满意度。结果 护理前，两组患者的6 min 步行距离、左室射血分数与左室舒张末径比较，差异不显著（P>0.05）；护理后，两组患者的6 min 步行距离、左室射血分数与左室舒张末径均显著提升，且观察组优于对照组（P<0.05）。护理后，两 组患者的生活质量评分均显著降低，且观察组低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组的护理总满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 综合 护理干预措施能够有效提升慢性心衰患者的生活质量和护理满意度，建议推广。

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients with chronic heart failure

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients with chronic heart failure. Methods A total of 200 patients with chronic heart failure in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was given routine cardiology nursing and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results Before nursing, the differences of the 6-minute walk distance, left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular end -diastolic diameter were not significant between the two groups (P>0.05). After nursing, the 6-minute walk distance, left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter significantly increased in both groups, and those of the observation group were superior to the control group (P<0.05). After nursing, the quality of life scores in both groups significantly decreased, and those in the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). The total nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients with chronic heart failure, which is recommended to promote in clinic.
