综合护理干预对轻中度高血压患者服药依从性及生活质量的影响

摘要：

目的 探讨综合护理干预对轻中度高血压患者服药依从性及生活质量的影响。方法 选取我院2016 年1 月至2016 年6 月收治的轻中度高血压患者210 例，随机分为试验组与对照组，各105 例。两组均给予基础药物治疗，在此基础上对照组仅 对患者进行用药指导，而试验组行综合护理干预。比较两组患者的服药依从性和生活质量。结果 试验组患者的总依从率高 于对照组（P<0.05）。护理前，两组患者生活质量总评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；护理后，试验组患者生活质量总评 分明显升高，且高于对照组护理后（P<0.05）。结论 综合护理干预应用于轻中度高血压患者效果显著，可有效提高患者的服药 依从性，同时改善其生活质量。

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on drug compliance and quality of life in patients with mild and moderate hypertension

ABSTRACT: Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on drug compliance and quality of life in patients with mild and moderate hypertension. Methods A total of 210 patients with mild and moderate hypertension admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2016 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 105 cases in each group. The patients in both groups were treated with basic drugs. On the basis of this, the control group was only given drug guidance, however the patients in the experimental group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention. The drug compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The total compliance rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Before nursing, there was no significant difference in the total score of quality of life between the two groups (P>0.05); after nursing, the total score of quality of life in the experimental group significantly improved, and that of the experimental group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with mild and moderate hypertension has significant effect, which can effectively improve the patients`` drug compliance and quality of life.
