乳房按摩联合热敷对乳汁淤积产妇的护理效果探讨

摘要：

目的 探讨分析乳房按摩联合热敷对乳汁淤积产妇的护理效果。方法 选择我院产科2016 年3 月至2017 年2 月治疗的 72 例乳汁淤积产妇为研究对象，根据不同护理方法分为单纯按摩组和按摩联合热敷组，每组36 例。单纯按摩组产妇仅采用 乳房手法按摩治疗，按摩联合热敷组产妇采用乳房手法按摩联合热敷治疗。比较两组产妇的护理疗效和乳房疼痛缓解情 况。结果 按摩联合热敷组临床护理总有效率为94.44%，明显高于单纯按摩组的66.67%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。按 摩联合热敷组疼痛缓解情况明显优于单纯按摩组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。且按摩联合热敷组不存在中重度疼痛患 者。结论 乳房按摩联合热敷对乳汁淤积产妇的护理效果显著，可有效改善产妇乳汁淤积症状，同时缓解因乳汁排出受阻而 产生的疼痛，值得在临床进行推广。

Nursing effect investigation of breast massage combined with hot compress
on puerperants with galactostasis

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore and analyze the nursing effect of breast massage combined with hot compress on puerperants with galactostasis. Methods Seventy-two cases of puerperants with galactostasis admitted in our hospital from March 2016 to February 2017 were selected as study objects, and divided into single massage group and massage combined with hot compress group according to the nursing method, with 36 cases in each group. The single massage group was only treated with breast massage therapy, the massage combined with hot compress group was treated with breast massage combined with hot compress therapy. The curative effects and breast pain relief situation of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the massage combined with hot compress group was 94.44%, which was significantly higher than 66.67% of the single massage group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The pain relief in the massage combined with hot compress group was better than that in the single massage group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). And in the massage combined with hot compress group, there was no moderate and severe pain maternal. Conclusion Breast massage combined with heat compress treatment has significant effect on the nursing of parturients galactostasis, which can improve the symptoms of parturients galactostasis and alleviate the pain caused by the blocked milk discharge. It is worthy of popularizing in the clinic.
