人性化护理干预运用在宫颈糜烂患者中的临床效果

摘要：
目的 探讨人性化护理干预在宫颈糜烂中的应用效果。方法 随机将我院收治的100 例宫颈糜烂患者分为对照组和观 察组，各50 例。对照组患者行常规护理干预，观察组患者运用人性化护理干预，对比分析两组的护理效果。结果 护理后，两 组患者的SAS、SDS 评分均降低，且观察组评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组的护理满意度与临床总有效率明显高于对照组
（P<0.05）。结论 临床上给予宫颈糜烂患者人性化护理干预，可有效改善患者的不良情绪，提高临床疗效。

Clinical effect of humanized nursing intervention in patients with cervical erosion

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the application effect of humanized nursing intervention in patients with cervical erosion. Methods One hundred patients with cervical erosion admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group applied humanized nursing intervention, the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores significantly decreased in both groups, and those of the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction and clinical total effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with cervical erosion given humanized nursing intervention can significantly improve the negative emotions and curative effect.
