行腹腔镜胃穿孔修补术患者的护理方法与护理效果评析

摘要：

目的 分析腹腔镜下胃穿孔修补术患者的护理方法与护理效果。方法 将2016 年2 月至2017 年4 月我院收治的160 例 腹腔镜下胃穿孔修补术患者随机分为常规组与系统组，各80 例。常规组实施常规护理干预，系统组实施系统护理干预。比较 两组患者的护理满意度、住院时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间、下床活动时间及干预前后患者的QOL、SAS、VAS 评分。结果 系统组患者的护理满意度高于常规组（P<0.05）；干预后，两组患者的QOL、SAS 及VAS 评分显著改善，且系统组优于常规 组（P<0.05）。系统组患者的住院时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间、下床活动时间均短于常规组（P<0.05）。系统组并发症总 发生率低于常规组（P<0.05）。结论给予腹腔镜下胃穿孔修补术患者系统护理干预的护理效果显著，可提高患者护理满意度，
值得推广。

Nursing methods and nursing effect analysis in patients undergoing laparoscopic gastric perforation repair

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the nursing methods and nursing effects in patients undergoing laparoscopic gastric perforation repair. Methods From February 2016 to April 2017, 160 patients undergoing laparoscopic gastric perforation repair in our hospital were randomly divided into routine group and system group, with 80 cases in each group. The routine group was given routine nursing intervention, and the system group was given system nursing intervention. The nursing satisfaction, hospital stays, time of first excretion, time of first defecation, time of ambulation and the QOL, SAS, VAS scores before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction rate in the system group was higher than that of the routine group (P<0.05). After intervention, the QOL, SAS and VAS scores of both groups significantly improved, and those of the system group were superior to the routine group (P<0.05). The hospital stays, time of first excretion, time of first defecation and time of ambulation in the system group were shorter than those in the routine group (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the system group was lower than that in the routine group (P<0.05). Conclusion System nursing intervention in patients undergoing laparoscopic gastric perforation repair has significant nursing effect, it can improve the nursing satisfaction of patients, which is worth promoting.
