舒适护理干预对COPD 合并呼吸衰竭患者无创呼吸机治疗依从性、并发症及不良情绪的影响

摘要：

目的 探讨舒适护理干预对COPD 合并呼吸衰竭患者无创呼吸机治疗依从性、并发症及不良情绪的影响。方法 选取我 院收治的94 例COPD 合并呼吸衰竭患者，随机分为对照组和治疗组，各47 例。对照组采用常规治疗与护理，治疗组在对照 组的基础上加入舒适护理干预。比较两组的pH、SaO2、PaO2、PaCO2 变化，治疗依从性、并发症及不良情绪。结果 护理后，两组 患者的SaO2、PaO2、PaCO2 均显著改善，且治疗组优于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗组患者的治疗依从性明显高于对照组，并发症发 生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗组患者的恐惧、抵抗、焦虑、烦躁的发生率均明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 舒适护理干 预能提高COPD 合并呼吸衰竭患者无创呼吸机治疗的依从性，并发症少且不良情绪发生率低，值得临床推广应用。

Effect of comfort nursing intervention on treatment compliance, complications and adverse emotions in COPD complicated with respiratory failure patients with noninvasive ventilator

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of comfort nursing intervention on treatment compliance, complications and adverse emotions in COPD complicated with respiratory failure patients with noninvasive ventilator. Methods A total of 94 patients with COPD complicated with respiratory failure were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 47 cases in each group. The control group used conventional treatment and nursing, while the treatment group received comfort nursing intervention based on the control group. The changes of pH, SaO2, PaO2 and PaCO2, the compliance, complications and adverse emotions were compared in the two groups. Results After nursing, the SaO2, PaO2 and PaCO2 in both groups significantly improved, and levels of those in the treatment group were better than the control group (P<0.05). The treatment compliance of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the complication rate was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of fear, resistance, anxiety and irritability in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comfort nursing interventions can improve the therapy compliance in COPD complicated with respiratory failure patients with noninvasive venlilator with less complications and low incidence of adverse emotions, it is worthy of promotion and clinical application.
