西药房高危药品的管理与用药安全分析

摘要：
目的 探讨西药房高危药品的管理方法及对临床用药安全的影响。方法 选取2016 年8 月至2017 年4 月作为此次研究 的时间段，以本院西药房35 例工作人员作为此次研究对象。在西药房高危药品管理中，2016 年8 月至2016 年12 月实施常 规管理，2017 年1 月至2017 年4 月实施安全管理干预。统计分析管理前、后用药安全问题发生情况及工作人员高危药品管 理知识知晓情况、管理满意度。结果 管理后，共发生高危药品用药安全问题6 起，低于管理前的18 起。管理后，工作人员高危 药品管理知识知晓度、管理满意度评分均显著升高（P<0.05）。结论 加强西药房高危药品管理可提升临床用药安全性。

Pharmacy high-risk drug management and safety analysis

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the management method of pharmacy high-risk drugs and its effect on the safety of clinical medication. Methods From August 2016 to April 2017, the study was taken, and 35 cases of workers in the pharmacy of our hospital were taken as the study objects. In the pharmacy high -risk drug management, the routine management was carried out from August 2016 to December 2016, and the safety management intervention was carried out from January 2017 to April 2017. The drug safety problems and workers`` awareness of high -risk drug management knowledge and management satisfaction before and after the management were counted and analyzed. Results After management, a total of 6 cases of high -risk drug safety problems occurred, which was lower than 18 cases before management. After the management, the scores of staff awareness of high -risk drug management knowledge and management satisfaction were significantly increased (P<0.05). Conclusion Strengthening the management of high-risk drugs in pharmacy can improve the safety of clinical medication.
