振源胶囊联合黛力新治疗脑卒中后焦虑、抑郁疗效观察

摘要：

目的 观察振源胶囊联合黛力新治疗脑卒中后焦虑、抑郁60例的临床疗效。方法 选取2015年1月至2016年12月我 院收治的脑卒中后焦虑、抑郁患者60 例为研究对象，随机将患者分成对照组和试验组，各30例。两组患者均给予脑卒中常规治疗，对照组给予黛力新胶囊治疗，试验组在对照组基础上给予振源胶囊治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果 试验组患 者的治疗总有效率为93.33%，明显高于对照组的66.67%（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的SAS 及SDS 评分均优于治疗前，且试 验组明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 振源胶囊联合黛力新能够有效改善脑卒中后患者的焦虑、抑郁状态，临床疗效确切，对神经功能的恢复有着良好的促进作用，能够提高患者生活质量，值得临床推广使用。

Clinical effect observation of Zhenyuan capsule combined with Deanxin in patients with post-stroke anxiety and depression

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zhenyuan capsule combined with Deanxin in patients with post-stroke anxiety and depression. Methods Sixty patients with post-stroke anxiety and depression admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 30 cases in each group. All the patients were given routine treatment, the control group received Deanxin based on routine treatment, and the experimental group accepted Zhenyuan capsule on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.33%, which was higher than 66.67% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were better than those before treatment, and those of the experimental group were better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Zhenyuan capsule combined with Deanxin in patients with post-stroke can improve the patients`` anxiety and depression, its clinical effects is remarkable. It has a good promotion effect on the recovery of nerve function, and it can improve the quality of life of the patient, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
