瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的麻醉效果分析

摘要：

目的 分析瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的麻醉效果。方法 选取2016 年10 月至2017 年5 月在我院行腹 腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的患者78 例，随机分成观察组和对照组，每组39 例。观察组行瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚麻醉，对照组行芬 太尼复合丙泊酚麻醉，比较两组患者的麻醉效果。结果 观察组的拔管、睁眼、自主呼吸恢复时间均短于对照组，差异均具有 统计学意义（P<0.05）；拨管后5、10、15、30 min，观察组患者的OAAS 评分均显著高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较，差异不显著（P>0.05）。结论 腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者采用瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚麻醉的 效果较好，值得临床推广与应用。

Anesthetic effects of remifentanil combined with propofol in laparoscopic cholecystectomy

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the anesthesia effect of remifentanil combined with propofol in laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods A total of 78 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from October 2016 to May 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 39 cases in each group. The observation group received remifentanil combined with propofol anesthesia, and the control group received fentanyl combined with propofol anesthesia. The anesthesia effects of the two groups were compared. Results The time of extubation, eyes open and spontaneous breathing recovery in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). At 5, 10, 15, 30 min after extubation, the OAAS scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The difference of incidences of adverse reactions in the two groups was not significant (P>0.05). Conclusion The remifentanil combined with
propofol in laparoscopic cholecystectomy has remarkable effect, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
