经腹腹膜前腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术与无张力疝修补术的对比研究

摘要：

目的 比较经腹腹膜前腹腔镜修补术与无张力疝修补术的临床效果。方法 以2015年10月至2016年11月收治的行经腹 腹膜前腹腔镜疝修补术的73 例患者为观察组，以同一时期行无张力疝修补术的55例患者为对照组。采用回顾性分析方法，比较两组患者的九项临床指标。结果 观察组手术时间长于对照组，但观察组术中出血量、并发症发生率、下床活动时间及住院时 间均优于对照组（P<0.05）。两组术后复发率及医疗费用比较，差异不显著（P>0.05）。观察组的术后疼痛程度和手术满意度优于 对照组（P<0.05）。结论 经腹腹膜前腹腔镜疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝安全可行，临床效果具有明显优势。

Comparative study of transabdominal preperitoneal laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair and tention-free inguinal herniorrhaphy

ABSTRACT: Objective To compare the clinical effects of transabdominal preperitoneal laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair and tention-free inguinal herniorrhaphy. Methods The clinical data of 73 cases of transabdominal preperitoneal laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair from October 2015 to November 2016 were collected as the observation group, 55 cases of tention-free inguinal herniorrhaphy in the same period were collected as the control group. The nine clinical indicators of the two groups were compared by retrospectively analysis method. Results The operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group, but the amount of bleeding, the incidence of complications, the time to out-of-bed activity and the time of hospitalization in the observation group were all better than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in recurrence rate and medical expenses between the two groups (P>0.05 ). The degree of postoperative pain and surgical satisfaction in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Transabdominal preperitoneal laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair is safe and feasible in the treatment of inguinal hernia, and the clinical effect has obvious advantages.
