复感儿应用补肾固表方的效果观察及对免疫功能指标与T细胞亚群的影响

摘要：

目的 探讨复感儿应用补肾固表方的效果及对免疫功能指标与T 细胞亚群的影响。方法 选择我院收治的复感儿124 例， 随机分为对照组（62 例，采用槐杞黄颗粒治疗）与研究组（62 例，采用补肾固表方治疗）。观察两组的临床疗效。结果 研究组治疗 的总有效率为96.77%，高于对照组的85.48%（P<0.05）。研究组治疗后CD3+、CD4+、IgG、IgA、IgM 水平均高于治疗前及对照组（P< 0.05）。结论 复感儿应用补肾固表方治疗具有显著的临床效果，可以在一定程度上调节免疫球蛋白指标与T 细胞亚群。

Effect observation of Bushen Gubiao recipe in children with repeated respiratory tract infection and its influence

on immune function indexes and T cell subsets

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of Bushen Gubiao recipe in children with repeated respiratory tract infection and its influence on immune function indexes and T cell subsets. Methods A total of 124 cases of children with repeated respiratory tract infection admitted in our hospital were selected, and randomly divided into control group (62 cases, treated with Huaiqihuang granules) and study group (62 cases, given Bushen Gubiao recipe treatment). The clinical efficacy was observed in the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.77%, which was higher than 85.48% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of CD3+, CD4+, IgG, IgA and IgM in the study group were higher than those before treatment and the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of Bushen Gubiao recipe has significant clinical curative effect in children with repeated respiratory tract infection, and it can regulate the immunoglobulin indexes and T cell subsets to some extent.
