孕前优生健康教育对促进优生优育的效果观察

摘要:

目的 分析孕前优生健康教育对促进优生优育的应用效果。方法 选择我站2015 年8 月至2017 年1 月接受孕前优生健 康教育的400 对待孕夫妇作为试验组,另同期抽取400 对未接受孕前优生健康教育的待孕夫妇设为常规组,分析比较两组 夫妇的孕前及孕后各项指标。结果 试验组待孕夫妇孕前参加优生健康检查占比明显高于常规组(P<0.05);试验组优生优育 健康知识了解占比为87.00%,明显高于对照组的24.50%(P<0.05)。学习后试验组夫妇答卷正确率均有一定提高,与学习前 相比,差异显著(P<0.05);两组先天心脏病及出生缺陷总发生率差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 进行孕前健康教育干预有利于提高 孕前夫妇对优生优育的认识,有利于自我保健意识的加强,可有效降低出生缺陷发生率,促进优生优育。

    Effect observation of pre-pregnancy health education in promoting eugenics

    ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the effect of pre-pregnancy health education in promoting eugenics. Methods From August 2015 to January 2017, 400 pairs of pre-pregnant couples who received pre-pregnancy health education in our hospital were selected as study group, and another 400 pairs of pre-pregnant couples who didn’t receive pre-pregnancy health education in same periord were selected as control group. The indicators before and after prenancy of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The proportion of pre-pregnant couples who participated in eugenics before pregnancy in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The proportion of eugenics healthy knowledge acquisition in the study group was 87.00%, which was significantly higher than 24.50% in the control group (P<0.05). After the study, the accuracy rate of the questionnaire in the study group increased to a certain extent, which was significantly different from that before the study (P<0.05). The incidence rate of birth defects coronary heart disease, polydactyly and total incidence of birth defect two groups were siginficant (P<0.05). Conclusion Pre-pregnancy health education intervention is conducive to raising awareness of prenatal and postnatal in pre-pregnancy couples, which can strengthen self health care consciousness, effectively reduce the incidence of birth defects, and promote eugenics.
