分阶段护理对乳腺癌根治术后患者上肢功能康复的影响

摘要：

目的 探讨乳腺癌根治术后给予患者分阶段护理对其上肢功能康复的影响。方法 选择于我院行乳腺癌根治术的患者88 例，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组，每组44 例。对照组患者采取常规康复护理，研究组患者采取分阶段护理。比 较两组患者的康复效果与并发症发生情况。结果 研究组患者肩关节向上外展度、肩关节水平外展度、肩胛骨上提距离及患 侧上肢背伸手指与颈椎第七节段的距离均优于对照组（P<0.05）；研究组的并发症总发生率为9.09%，明显低于对照组的 31.82%（P<0.05）。结论 乳腺癌根治手术患者采用分阶段护理可以有效保证患者术后患侧上肢功能的康复效果，值得临床推广应用。

Effect of phased nursing on functional rehabilitation of upper limbs in patients with breast cancer after radical mastectomy

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect of phased nursing on functional rehabilitation of upper limbs in patients with breast cancer after radical mastectomy. Methods Eighty-eight patients who treated with radical mastectomy in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the random numbers table method, with 44 cases in each group. The control group was given routine rehabilitation nursing, and the study group received phased nursing. The rehabilitation effects and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The shoulder joint upward abduction, shoulder joint horizontal abduction, shoulder blade distance and upper limb dorsal extension finger distance from the 7th cervical vertebra in the study group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the study group was 9.09%, which was lower than 31.82% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Phased nursing applied in patients with breast cancer after radical mastectomy can ensure the functional rehabilitation of upper limbs, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
