初产妇早期实施母婴床旁护理对产妇心理及依从性的影响

摘要：

目的 观察并分析初产妇早期实施母婴床旁护理对产妇心理及依从性的影响。方法 选择我院收治的并顺利生产的初 产妇102 例作为研究对象，随机分为两组，各51 例。观察组产妇生产后采用母婴床旁护理，对照组产妇生产后采用常规护 理。比较两组产妇的产后焦虑、抑郁情况及护理依从性。结果 产后1 周，两组产妇的SAS 和SDS 评分较入院时均升高（P< 0.05），而观察组SAS 评分稍低于对照组（P>0.05），观察组SDS 评分低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组产妇护理依从性良好率明显 高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 对于初产妇，早期实施母婴床旁护理有助于缓解产妇产后焦虑和抑郁情绪，提高产妇的护理依从 性，从而促进产妇产后身体的快速康复。

Effect of maternal bedside care in early stage on the maternal psychology and compliance in primipara

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe and analyze the effect of maternal bedside care in early stage on the maternal psychology and compliance in primipara. Methods A total of 102 cases of primiparas who admitted and delivered successfully in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, with 51 cases in each group. Primiparas of the observation group received maternal bedside care, and primiparas of the control group received routine nursing. Postpartum anxiety, depression and nursing compliance were compared between the two groups. Results One week after delivery, the SAS and SDS scores of both groups were higher than those on admission (P<0.05). The SAS score of the observation group was slightly lower than that of the control group (P>0.05), the SDS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The excellent rate of maternity compliance in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion For primiparas, early implementation of maternal bedside care can help relieve postpartum anxiety and depression, improve maternal care compliance, and promote the rapid recovery of the postpartum body.
