OSCE在成教本科生临床技能考核中的应用

摘要:

目的 探讨客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)应用于成教本科生临床技能考核中的效果。方法 对2014 级校本部和校外点共 158 名临床医学成教本科生进行OSCE,分析考试结果、满意度。结果 学生总体成绩优异,部分考站校本部学生OSCE 成绩较 校外点学生成绩更高(P<0.05);很大比例的学生对OSCE 并不了解,学生对考核时间及场地设置的满意度也不是很高。结论 OSCE 考核提高了成教学生对临床技能学习的重视,可较全面评估成教学生的临床技能水平,有效整合了我校临床技能教学 资源,提高了资源利用率。但是在考前宣教、开放练习、站点设置、考核流程及校外点学生管理等方面还需进一步改进。

    Application of OSCE in the assessment of clinical skills of adult education undergraduates

    ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of objective structural clinical examination (OSCE) on clinical skill assessment of adult education undergraduates. Methods A total of 158 students in the class of 2014 were enrolled in the OSCE examination, parts of them studed in school and parts of them studied in the department outside of school. After examination, the results and survey of the satisfaction of OSCE were analyzed. Results The students`` overall performance was excellent, but part of test sites of the students in the school had better OSCE grades than those outside of school (P<0.05). The survey results showed that a large proportion of students knew little about OSCE, and they didn``t satisfied with the assessment time and site setting. Conclusion OSCE assessment can improve the adult education students to pay much attention to the clinical skills learning, it can comprehensively evaluate the adult education students clinical skills, effectively integrate the clinical skills teaching resources, improve the utilization rate of resources. However, it is necessary to make students know more about OSCE before examination, and must improve the clinic skill practice, site setting and assessment process, and the management of students outside of school must be improved also.
