门诊女性患者的前、中段尿标本尿常规白细胞计数结果对比

摘要：

目的 对比门诊女性患者的前、中段尿标本尿常规白细胞计数检测结果的差异性。方法 选取2016 年3 月至2017 年3 月在我院门诊检查的136 例女性患者为研究对象，对所有患者同次前段尿和中段尿标本的尿常规白细胞计数测定结果进行 对比分析。结果 136 例患者的前段尿标本白细胞计数为（13.04±10.57）个/HP，明显高于中段尿的（6.43±4.91）个/HP（P<0.05）。前段尿标本的白细胞阳性率为62.5%（85/136），高于中段尿标本的25.0%（34/136）（P<0.05）。前段尿培养阳性患者和前段尿 培养阴性患者的尿常规白细胞计数比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。中段尿培养阳性患者的尿常规白细胞计数明显高于 中段尿培养阴性患者（P<0.05）。结论 在对门诊女性患者进行尿常规检查时，建议指导患者进行中段尿尿液采集，以使检验结果更加准确，避免假阳性率的发生，从而为临床医生诊断泌尿系感染提供依据。

Comparison of urinary routine white blood cell count in the anterior and middle urinary specimens of female outpatients

ABSTRACT: Objective To compare the results of urinary routine white blood cell count in the anterior and middle urinary specimens of female outpatients. Methods A total of 136 female outpatients treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the objects. The results of urinary routine white blood cell count were measured in the anterior and middle urine samples of all patients. Results Of all the 136 patients, the white blood cell count of the anterior urine was (13.04±10.57)/HP, which was significantly higher than (6.43±4.91)/HP in the middle urine (P<0.05). The positive rate of white blood cells in the anterior urine was 62.5% (85/136), which was higher than 25.0% (34/136) in the middle urine (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in urinary routine white blood cell count between anterior urinary culture positive patients and anterior urinary culture negative patients (P>0.05). Urine routine white blood cell count in patients with positive middle urinary culture was significantly higher than that in patients with negative middle urinary culture (P<0.05). Conclusion In the routine examination of female patients in outpatient department, it is suggested to guide the patients to carry out the middle urine collection in order to make the test result more accurate and avoid the occurrence of false positive rate, so as to provide the basis for clinicians to diagnose urinary tract infection.
