早期康复护理干预对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能恢复的影响

摘要：

目的 分析早期康复护理干预对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能恢复的影响。方法 选取2015 年10 月15 日至2016 年12 月 30 日来我院就医的112 例脑卒中偏瘫患者作为研究对象，通过动态化随机单双号分组法将其分为观察组（给予早期康复护 理干预）与对照组（给予普通护理）。探究两组患者的神经功能缺损程度评分、日常生活能力评分、肢体功能恢复情况的差异。结果 治疗前，两组患者的神经功能缺损程度评分与日常生活能力评分比较，差异不显著（P>0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的神经 功能缺损程度评分与日常生活能力评分均改善，且观察组均优于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组患者的肢体功能恢复率显著高于 对照组（P<0.05）。结论 早期康复护理干预在脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能恢复中具有一定的影响，可改善患者神经功能缺损， 提高日常生活能力，值得临床推广使用。

Effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on recovery of limbs function in stroke patients with hemiplegia

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on recovery of limbs function in stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods A total of 112 stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from October 15, 2015 to December 30, 2016 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were divided into observation group (given early rehabilitation nursing intervention) and control group (given general nursing) by dynamic random single double number grouping method. The differences of neurological deficit scores, daily living ability scores, limb functional recovery were analyzed. Results Before treatment, the scores of neurological deficit and daily living ability in both groups were not significantly different (P>0.05). After treatment, the neurological deficit scores and daily living ability scores of the two groups improved, and those in the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05). The recovery rate of limb function in the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing intervention has certain effect on the recovery of limb function in stroke patients with hemiplegia, it can improve neurological deficits and the ability of daily life of patients, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
