华蟾素注射液联合多西他赛治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌的效果

摘要：
目的 观察华蟾素注射液联合多西他赛治疗老年晚期NSCLC 的效果。方法 将我院2015 年1月至2017年1月收治的60 例 老年晚期NSCLC 患者随机分为观察组及对照组，各30 例。对照组采用多西他赛治疗，观察组在对照组基础上另予华蟾素注射液 治疗。对比两组的治疗效果及治疗前、后的血清CEA、CA125 水平和毒副作用发生情况。结果 治疗后，观察组总有效率为80.0%，明显 高于对照组的46.7%（P<0.05）。治疗后，观察组CEA 及CA125 水平均显著低于对照组和治疗前（P<0.05）。观察组各项毒副作用 发生率均低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 华蟾素注射液联合多西他赛治疗老年晚期NSCLC 的疗效较好，值得进行深入探讨。

Clinical efficacy of cinobufacini injection combined with docetaxel in elderly patients with advanced
non-small-cell lung cancer

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the clinical efficacy of cinobufacini injection combined with docetaxel in elderly patients with advanced non-small-cell lung cancer. Methods Sixty elderly patients with non-small-cell lung cancer in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected, and divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with docetaxel, while the observation group was given cinobufacini injection on the basis of the control group. The treatment effect, the adverse reaction, the levels of serum CEA and CA125 before and after treatment of two groups were compared. Results After treatment，the total effective rate was 80.0% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than 46.7% in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of CEA and CA125 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group and before treatment (P <0.05). After the treatment, the rates of various adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Cinobufacini injection combined with docetaxel in elderly patients with advanced non-small-cell lung cancer can improve the clinical efficacy, which is worth further discussion.
