噻托溴铵联合茶碱对慢阻肺稳定期患者MMP-9、IL-8 水平及肺功能的影响

摘要：

目的 观察噻托溴铵联合茶碱治疗对稳定期慢阻肺患者基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）、白介素-8（IL-8）水平及肺功能 的影响。方法 选取本院2015 年1 月至2016 年10 月收治的慢阻肺稳定期患者80 例，根据随机数字表法分为对照组及观察 组，各40 例。对照组服用茶碱缓释片，观察组在对照组基础上加用噻托溴铵。治疗2 个月，并随访6 个月，观察并比较两组 MMP-9、IL-8 水平及肺功能改善情况。结果 治疗后，两组MMP-9、IL-8 水平均降低，且观察组低于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组FEV1、FVC、IC 水平均高于治疗前，且观察组高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 噻托溴铵联合茶碱缓释片治疗慢阻肺稳定期， 可有效减轻患者气道重塑，提升患者的肺功能，临床疗效显著。

Effect of tiotropium bromide combined with theophylline on MMP-9, IL-8 levels and lung function in patients with COPD in stable phase

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the effect of tiotropium bromide combined with theophylline on matrix metalloprotein-9 (MMP-9), interleukin-8 (IL-8) levels and lung function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in stable phase. Methods Eighty cases of COPD patients in stable phase admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to October 2016 were selected, and they were divided into control group and observation group with random number table, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given theophylline sustained release tablets, while the observation group was given tiotropium bromide on the basis of the control group. After two-month treatment and six-month follow-up, the levels of MMP -9, IL -8 and improvement of lung function between the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of MMP-9, IL-8 in the two groups significantly decreased, and the levels of above indexes in the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05); after treatment, the levels of FEV1, FVC, IC in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Tiotropium bromide combined with theophylline sustained release tablets in the treatment of COPD in stable phase can effectively decrease airway remodeling, and improve patients`` lung function, which has significant clinical efficacy.
