甲状腺次全切除术治疗双侧结节性甲状腺肿的疗效分析

摘要：

目的 探讨甲状腺次全切除术治疗双侧结节性甲状腺肿的临床疗效。方法 选择本院收治的双侧结节性甲状腺肿患者 118 例，以随机抽样法分为全切组和次全切组，各59 例。全切组采取甲状腺全切除术治疗，次全切组采取甲状腺次全切除术 治疗。观察对比两组患者临床效果、并发症总发生率、复发率。结果 两组患者术中出血量、复发率、治疗总有效率比较，无明 显差异（P>0.05）；次全切组麻醉镇痛剂使用量、手术时间、住院时间、并发症总发生率均优于全切组（P<0.05）。结论 甲状腺次 全切除术治疗双侧结节性甲状腺肿时具备损伤小、恢复快、并发症少的优势，值得临床应用。

Clinical effect analysis of subtotal thyroidectomy in the treatment of bilateral nodular goiter

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of subtotal thyroidectomy in bilateral nodular goiter. Methods A total of 118 patients with bilateral nodular goiter were randomly divided into total resection group (n=59) and subtotal group (n=59). The total resection group underwent total thyroidectomy, while the subtotal group received subtotal thyroidectomy. The clinical outcomes, total complication rate and recurrence rate were observed and compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in intraoperative bleeding, recurrence rate and total effective rate between the two groups (P>0.05). The dosage of narcotic analgesics, operation time, hospital stay and the total incidence of complications in the subtotal group were obviously better than those in the total resection group (P<0.05). Conclusion Thyroid subtotal thyroidectomy is effective in the treatment of bilateral nodular goiter, with less damage, quick recovery and less complication. It is worthy of clinical application.
