风痰阻络型急性脑梗死采取依达拉奉联合祛风化痰通络汤治疗的临床效果

摘要：
目的 探讨依达拉奉联合祛风化痰通络汤治疗风痰阻络型急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法 选择本院收治的急性脑梗死患者 102 例，随机分为对照组与联合组，各51 例。对照组在常规治疗基础上加用依达拉奉，联合组采取依达拉奉+祛风化痰通络汤治 疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果 治疗后，两组NIHSS 评分，主证、次证、舌脉积分以及血清VEGF、Ang-2 水平均改善，联合组优于对 照组（P<0.05）。结论 依达拉奉联合祛风化痰通络汤可有效改善风痰阻络型急性脑梗死患者的临床症状，促进神经功能恢复。

Clinical effect of edaravone combined with Qufeng Huatan Tongluo decoction on rheumatoid pharyngeal type acute cerebral infarction

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of edaravone combined with Qufeng Huatan Tongluo decoction on rheumatoid pharyngeal type acute cerebral infarction. Methods One hundred and two patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and combined group, with 51 cases in each group. On the basis of the conventional treatment, the control group was treated with edaravone, while the combined group was treated with edaravone + Qufeng Huatan Tongluo decoction, and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the NIHSS scores, and scores of main card, secondary card and the tongue and pulse points, the levels of serum VEGF and Ang-2 of the both groups improved, and those of the combined group were superior to the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Edaravone combined with Qufeng Huatan Tongluo Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with acute cerebral infarction, and promote the recovery of neurological function.
