中医康复疗法联合中药熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果

摘要：

目的 研究中医康复疗法联合中药熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法 回顾性分析我院收治的120 例腰间盘 突出症患者的临床资料，按照治疗方法随机分成研究组和对照组，各60 例。两组均采用内科常规治疗联合康复疗法，研究组 在此基础上联合中药熏蒸。比较两组的治疗效果、JOA 症候评分及治疗3、6、12 个月后的改善率。结果 研究组治疗总有效率 显著高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组各JOA 症状评分均改善，且研究组优于对照组（P<0.05）。两组 患者治疗后的远期疗效比较，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 中医康复疗法联合中药熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床效 果显著，能提高治疗有效率及生活质量，值得在临床上实施与推广。

Clinical effect of TCM rehabilitation therapy and Chinese medicine fumigation on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the clinical effect of TCM rehabilitation and Chinese herbs fumigation on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods A total of 120 cases of lumbar disc herniation patients admitted in our hospital were divided into study group and control group according to therapeutic method, with 60 cases in each group. Both group were treated with routine medical treatment combined with rehabilitation therapy, and the study group on this basis combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation. The treatment effects of the two groups, JOA symptom scores, improvement rates at 3, 6 and 12 months after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the JOA scores in the two groups improved, and those of the study group were better than the control group (P<0.05). There was significant difference in the long -term curative effect between the two groups after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy combined with Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is remarkable, which can improve the efficiency of treatment and quality of life, it is worthy of implementation and promotion in clinic.
