老年腹部手术患者实施术中系统保温护理的临床意义

摘要：

目的 探讨老年腹部手术患者实施术中系统保温护理的临床意义。方法 选择我院60 例需行腹部手术的老年患者为研 究对象，按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各30 例。对照组采用常规腹部手术护理，观察组在对照组基础上采取系统保 温护理，两组均为院内护理。比较两组患者的手术相关指标及术后并发症发生率。结果 观察组麻醉苏醒、胃肠功能恢复及住 院时间均短于对照组，术中出血量少于对照组，并且术后并发症总发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 系统保温护理可提高老 年腹部手术患者的临床疗效，减少术后并发症，值得在临床上推广使用。

Clinical significance of intraoperative systemic insulation nursing in elderly patients undergoing abdominal surgery

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore clinical significance of intraoperative systemic insulation nursing in elderly patients undergoing abdominal operation. Methods A total of 60 elderly patients in our hospital who underwent abdominal surgery were selected as the study objects. According to the random number table method, 60 patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine abdominal surgery nursing. Patients in the observation group were treated with intraoperative systemic insulation nursing on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated with hospital nursing. The surgical related indicators and postoperative complications in the two groups were compared. Results The recovery time,gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group, the total incidence rate of complications was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Intraoperative systemic insulation nursing in elderly patients undergoing abdominal surgery can improve the clinical efficacy and reduce postoperative complications, which is worthy of promotion in clinic.
