综合护理在弹性髓内钉治疗儿童四肢骨折中的应用效果

摘要：

目的 探讨综合护理在弹性髓内钉治疗儿童四肢骨折中的应用效果。方法 选择我院收治的50 例接受弹性髓内钉治疗 的儿童四肢骨折患者，采用随机数字表法分为观察组与参照组，各25 例。参照组给予常规护理，观察组给予综合护理，对比 两组的护理满意度及康复效果。结果 观察组对服务态度、技术水平、心理护理及康复指导的护理满意度明显高于参照组（P<0.05）。观察组的术后住院时间、疼痛评分、并发症发生率、功能恢复、痊愈率均明显优于参照组（P<0.05）。结论 在弹性髓 内钉治疗儿童四肢骨折中应用综合护理可以改善患儿的临床症状，促进其恢复。

Effect analysis of comprehensive nursing in limb fracture children undergoing elastic intramedullary nail

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing in limb fracture children undergoing elastic intramedullary nail. Methods Fifty children with limb fracture undergoing elastic intramedullary nail in our hospital were selected, and divided into observation group and reference group according to the random table method, with 25 cases in each group. The reference group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing, then the nursing satisfaction and rehabilitation effects were compared between the two groups. Results The satisfaction rates of the observation group in the service attitude, skill level, psychological nursing and rehabilitation instruction were obviously higher than those of the reference group (P <0.05). The postoperative hospitalization time, pain score, complications, functional recovery and recovery rate of the observation group were significantly superior to those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing applied in elastic intramedullary nail treatment of children with limb fractures can significantly improve the children``s clinical symptoms, and promote their recovery.
