目的 系统评价甲状腺功能减退(甲减)与乳腺癌发病率的相关性。方法 计算机检索 PubMed、CNKI、CBM 等数据库,检索时限截至 2017年10月,搜集甲减与乳腺癌发生率的相关性研究。采用RevMan5.3软件进行 Meta分析。结果 共纳入12个研究,总样本量为 24571 例。Meta分析结果表明甲减患者发生乳腺癌的风险与甲状腺功能正常组差异不显著(OR=0.93,95% CI为 0.84~1.03,P=0.16)。结论 Meta分析结果显示甲减和乳腺癌发生之间无明显相关性。本研究结论仍需在开展大量高质量、长期随访的 RCT 下予以证实。

摘要:

    ABSTRACT: Objective To systematically evaluate the relationship between hypothyroidism and breast cancer. Methods The PubMed,CNKIand CBM data bases were searched to identify researches that assessed the relationship between hypothyroidism and breast cancer, the reasearch deadline was  Octorber 2017, and Meta analysis was performed with RevMan 5.3 software. Results A total of 12 population-based studies including 24 571 participants were analyzed. The results of Meta analysis showed that the risk of breastcancerin hypothyroidism patients was not significantly different from that in objects with normal thyroid function (OR=0.93,95% CI:0.84-1.03,P=0.16).Conclusion Meta analysis illustrated  that hypothyroidism may not be related to the incidence of breast cancer.The conclusions of this study still need to be confirmed with alarge number of high-quality,long-term RCTs.
