奥美拉唑联合甲硝唑、阿莫西林治疗 Hp感染胃溃疡 40例临床效果

摘要：

目的 观察奥美拉唑联合甲硝唑、阿莫西林治疗 Hp感染性胃溃疡的临床效果。方法 将我院收治的 80例 Hp感染性胃溃疡患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组 40例，分别采用兰索拉唑+阿莫西林+甲硝唑与奥美拉唑+阿莫西林+甲硝唑治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为 97.50% ，显著高于对照组的 80.00%（P＜0.05）。两组治疗后的 SOD、NO 水平显著高于治疗前，观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗 30 d后，观察组 Hp清除率达 97.50% ，显著高于对照组的 75.00%（P＜0.05）。结论 奥美拉唑联合甲硝唑、阿莫西林治疗 Hp感染性胃溃疡，效果显著，Hp清除效果好，治疗后血浆 SOD、NO 水平显著升高。

Clinical analysis of omeprazole combined with metronidazole and amoxicillin in the
treatment of 40 cases of Hp-infected gastriculcer

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical effect of omeprazole combined with metronidazole and amoxicillin in the treatment of Hp-infected gastric ulcer. Methods  Eighty cases of patients with Hp-infected gastric ulcer treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 casesin each geoup, lansoprazole+amoxicillin+metronidazole and omeprazole + amoxicillin + metronidazole were used respectively.The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 97.50% in the observation group, which washigherthan 80.00% in thecontrolgroup (P<0.05).Aftertreatment,the levels of SOD and NO in both groups  those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). After 30 d of treatment,the clearance rate of Hp was 97.50% in the observation, which was higher than 75.00% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of omeprazole combined with metronidazole and amoxicillin on Hp-infected gastric ulcer is significant, and the clearance rate of Hp is high. After treatment, the levels of plasma SOD and NO  significantly increase.
