多巴丝肼联合普拉克索对帕金森病非运动症状的治疗效果

摘要：

目的 探讨多巴丝肼联合普拉克索治疗帕金森病非运动症状的临床效果。方法 选择本院收治的 80例帕金森病患者，随机分为对照组和联合组，各 40例。对照组单用多巴丝肼治疗，联合组采取多巴丝肼联合普拉克索治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 治疗后，两组 NMS、MMSE、匀粤酝阅 及 PDSS评分均改善，联合组 NMS、HAMD 评分均低于对照组，MMSE、PDSS评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）；联合组病情控制率高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 多巴丝肼联合普拉克索能有效改善帕金森患者非运动症状，提高病情控制效果。

Clinical effect of dopa-hydrazine combined with pramipexole in thetreatment
of non-motor symptoms of Parkinson`s disease

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of dopa-hydrazine combined with pramipexole in the treatment of non-motor symptoms in patients with Parkinson`s disease. Methods Eighty patients with Parkinson` s disease treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and combined group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with dopa-hydrazine,the combined group was given dopa-hydrazine combined with pramipexole. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the scores of NMS,HAMD,MMSE,PDSS improved,the scores of NMS and HAMD in the combined group were lower than those in the control group,the scores of MMSE and PDSS were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The rate of disease control in the combined group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Dopa-hydrazine combined with pramipexole can effectively improve the non-motorsymptoms of Parkinson`s disease and improve the effect of disease control.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       KEYWORDS: dopasilhydrazine; pramipexole; non-motor symptoms of Parkinson`s disease
