硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊结合塞来昔布治疗 风湿性关节炎的临床疗效

摘要：

目的 分析硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊结合塞来昔布治疗风湿性关节炎的疗效及其对 VAS评分的影响。方法 选取本院 120例风湿性关节炎患者作为研究对象，随机将其分为对照组和联合组，各 60例。对照组给予塞来昔布胶囊治疗，联合组在对照组基础上给予硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果以及治疗前、后的临床指标和 VAS评分。结果 联合组的治疗总有效率和类风湿因子转阴率均明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组患者的关节活动度评分、晨僵时间及 ESR 均明显优于治疗前，且联合组明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后 3、7、10 d，两组的 VAS评分均降低，且联合组明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊联合塞来昔布可以有效治疗风湿性关节炎，降低患者的 VAS评分，宜广泛应用。

Curative efficacy of glucosamine sulfate capsule combined with celecoxib
on rheumatoid arthritis

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the effect of glucosamine sulfate capsules combined with celecoxib in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritisand itseffecton VAS score. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with rheumatoid arthritisin our hospital were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into control group and combination group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given celecoxib,the combination group wasgiven glucosamine sulfate capsule combined with celecoxib.The therapeutic effects,clinical indexes and VAS scores before and after treatment of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate and negative rate of rheumatoid factorin the combination group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the score of jointmobility,morning stiffness and ESR in both groups were better than those before treatment,and those of the combination group were better than the control group (P<0.05).At3,7 and 10 d after treatment,the VAS scores of both groups decreased,and those of the combination group weresignificantlylowerthan the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Glucosaminesul fatecapsules combined with celecoxib can effectively treatrheumatoid arthritis,reducetheVAS scores of patients,and shoud bewidelyused.
