氨氯地平联合依那普利治疗老年高血压的临床疗效

摘要：

目的 探讨氨氯地平联合依那普利治疗老年高血压的临床疗效。方法 将本院收治的 200例高血压老年患者以便利抽样法分为对照组和联合组，各 100例。对照组单用氨氯地平治疗，联合组采取氨氯地平联合依那普利治疗。比较两组的临床疗效。结果 治疗后，两组的 SBP、DBP、MAP、24 h 动态收缩压、24 h动态舒张压均明显降低，且联合组显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。两组的不良反应总发生率比较，无显著差异（P>0.05）。结论 氨氯地平联合依那普利可有效降低老年高血压患者血压水平，且用药不良反应少，有临床应用价值。

Clinical efficacy of amlodipine combined with enalapril in the treatment of
senile hypertension

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of amlodipine combined with enalapril in the treatment of senile hypertension. Methods A total of 200 cases of senile hypertension patients admitted in our hospital were divided into control group and combination group according to convenient sampling method, with 100 cases in each group.The control group received amlodipine alone,and the combination group received amlodipine combined with enalapril.The clinical ef
ficacy of the two groups was compared. Results After treatment,the SBP,DBP,MAP,dynamic systolic pressure in 24 h and dynamic diastolic pressure in 24 h significantly decreased in both groups,and those of the combination group were sig
nificantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Amlodipine combined with enalapril can effectively decrease the blood pressure in senile hypertension,with less adverse drug reactions,and has clinical value.
