前列腺增生治疗中经尿道等离子前列腺切除术的临床效果

摘要：

目的 分析前列腺增生治疗中经尿道等离子前列腺切除术的临床效果。方法 选取 74例前列腺增生患者，按照不同治疗方法划分为研究组和对照组，各 37例。对照组采用经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治疗，研究组采用经尿道等离子前列腺切除术治疗。对比两组患者术中出血量、手术时间、留管时间、冲洗时间、住院时间及并发症发生情况。结果 两组手术时间比较，无明显差异（P＞0.05）；与对照组对比，研究组冲洗时间、留管时间及住院时间更短，术中出血量更少，并发症总发生率更低，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 前列腺增生治疗中，经尿道等离子前列腺切除术具有显著应用疗效，可缩短冲洗时间、留管时间及住院时间，减少术中出血量，降低并发症总发生率，值得在临床推广运用。

Clinical effect of transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate
in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate in the treatment of benign prostatichy perplasia. Methods Seventy-four patients with benign prostatichy perplasia were selected and divided into study group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with transurethral vaporize electrotomy prostata, and the study group was treated with transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate.The intraoperative bleeding, operation time,indwelling catheter time,flushing time,hospitalization time and complications were compared between the two groups. Results There was no difference in operation time between the two groups (P>0.05).Compared with the control group,there were shorter flushing time,indwelling catheter time and hospitalization time,less intraoperative bleeding and lower total incidence of complications in the study group,which had significant differences between the two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion Transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate in the treatment of benign prostatichy perplasia has significant curative effect,can shorten the flushing time,indwelling catheter time and length of hospital stay,reduce the intraoperative bleeding,decrease total incidence of complications,which is worth popularization.
