依那西普治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效

摘要：

目的 探究依那西普治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法从2014年10月至2016年1月于我院就诊的强直性脊柱炎 患者中选取120例为研究对象，并采用动态化随机分组的方法将其分为两组，每组60 例。观察组患者给予依那西普治疗，对照组患者采用甲氨蝶呤进行治疗，比较两组患者经治疗后的晨僵时间、关节疼痛个数的差异性。结果 研究结果显示，在晨僵时间的比较中，观察组患者的时间为（31.24±10.57）min，明显短于对照组患者的（49.87±10.99）min，差异有统计学意义 （P<0.05）；观察组患者的关节疼痛个数为（1.04±0.24）个，明显少于对照组患者的（5.98±1.14）个，两组比较差异显著（P<0.05）。结论 依那西普治疗强直性脊柱炎效果确切，能够有效减少患者的晨僵时间及关节疼痛的个数，具有较好的临床价值，值得 临床进一步应用及推广。

Clinical curative effect of etanercept in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of etanercept in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of ankylosing spondylitis patients from October 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and according the method of dynamic random grouping, the patients were divided into two groups, with 60 cases in each group. The patients in observation group were given etanercept treatment, the control group was treated with methotrexate, after treatment, the the time of morning stiffness, joint pain of the two groups were compared. Results The results showed that the morning stiffness time of the observation group time was (31.24 ±10.57) min, which was significantly shorter than (49.87±10.99) min of the control group (P<0.05); the number of joint pain in observation group was (1.04±0.24), which was significantly less than (5.98±1.14) in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The etanercept in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis can effectively reduce the morning stiffness time and the number of joint pain, has significant clinical value, which is worthy of clinical application and further promotion.
