急诊眩晕症经马来酸桂哌齐特联合盐酸异丙嗪治疗的效果观察

摘要：

目的 研究马来酸桂哌齐特联合盐酸异丙嗪治疗急诊眩晕症的临床效果。方法 本次研究选取我院2014年4月至2016年4月收治的148例急诊眩晕症患者，随机将患者分为观察组和对照组，每组74例。对照组采用马来酸桂哌齐特实施治疗， 观察组采用马来酸桂哌齐特联合盐酸异丙嗪治疗，比较分析两组患者的治疗效果以及相关临床指标。结果 在治疗的总有效率方面，观察组显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05），同时在眩晕、恶心呕吐、出汗等临床症状缓解时间以及住院时间方面，观察组明显短于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对于急诊眩晕症患者采用马来酸桂哌齐特联合盐酸异丙嗪治疗，效果显著，可加快患者的临床症状缓解，值得临床推广应用。

Effect observation of acute vertigo by cinepazide maleate combined with promethazine

hydrochloride treatment

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the therapeutic effect of cinepazide maleate combined with promethazine hydrochloride in treatment of acute vertigo. Methods From April 2014 to April 2016, 148 cases of emergency vertigo patients in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 74 cases in each group. The control group was treated with cinepazide maleate, the observation group was treated with cinepazide maleate combined with promethazine hydrochloride. The therapeutic effect and related indexes of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the differences were statistical significant (P<0.05). The clinical symptom such as dizziness, nausea, vomiting, sweating ease time and length of hospital stay of the observation group were obviously shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Cinepazide maleate combined with promethazine hydrochloride therapy in the treatment of patients with acute vertigo has significant effect, which can improve the patients clinical symptoms, and is worth of clinical application.
